A Visit to Remember

Annie and Richard have restored the once derelict Flour Mill and former blacksmith's cottage ( The Binda Mill Cottage) and established an award winning garden from what was literally an old sheep paddock.

George and Harriet King built the Flour Mill in the 19th Century and their descendants ran a 'sell everything' country store in the Mill right up to the 1950s. It fell into complete disrepair until the late 1980s when Annie and Richard purchase it through the National Trust.

George Kind also built the stone Binda Mill Cottage nestled in the two acres of established gardens. Annie and Richard have lovingly restored the old cottage and turned it into a very elegant and comfortable luxurious country retreat.

Annie and Richard invite you to come and relax in this wonderful part of the Southern Tablelands.
